01 What formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF and high-resolution JPG/PNG files. For the best results, we recommend submitting files in PDF format with outlined fonts and embedded images.
02 What is the standard turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the type of product and quantity. Standard orders typically take 2-3 business days, but we offer rush services if you need it faster.
03 Do you offer design services?
Yes! We have a professional design team to help bring your vision to life.
04 Can I see a proof before printing?
Absolutely! We provide digital proofs for approval before production.
05 Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer volume discounts on bulk orders. Contact us for a custom quote.
06 What resolution should my images be for printing?
We recommend a minimum of 300 DPI for high-quality prints.
07 Do you offer color matching?
We use CMYK printing, and while we strive for accurate colors, some variations may occur. For precise color matching, we recommend providing Pantone (PMS) colors.
08 Can you edit my file if needed?
Yes, minor adjustments can be made. However, significant design changes require any additional fee.
09 What types of paper and material do you offer?
We offer a variety of paper stocks, including matte, gloss, uncoated, cardstock, vinyl, coroplast, foamboard, composite metal, cintra, plexiglass, and specialty materials.
